KB-124784: Editing existing server information

Editing existing server information

Server information can also be edited after a new server is created.

  1. In the Server management module, select the server whose data you want to edit.
  2. The Server information dialog will then open.
  3. If required, edit the data in the fields: Display name, Address (Street Number), ZIP Code, City, Country, Description, and Comment.
  4. A Tenant ID and a Server ID are automatically created for the new server. These fields cannot be edited manually. Using the buttons next to the two fields, the Tenant ID and the Server ID can be copied to the clipboard.
  5. When a token is created, the time it was created is displayed in the Access Token field. The token can be locked using the Revoke button.
  6. Under Server settings, you can check or uncheck the Active checkbox depending on whether you want the data of the server to be displayed in reports or not.
  7. Select Save.
  8. A small pop-up, Server successfully saved, will briefly appear. Your server has been successfully saved.
