Creating jobs
Note:
- For WinCC flexible, there is no specific upload type.
- The upload of engineering station data (creating backups through a machine network) can be executed in octoplant using a UNC job or a local job. The prerequisite for this is that the runtime of the HMI is terminated beforehand. If you use the backup tool Prosave, which is delivered with TIA Portal, shut down the Panel PCs before the upload.
- Panel PC’s can only be backed up to a limited extent. You can save the backup on a defined network share.
- Data can be imported to or exported from a network share using panels. octoplant can then back up the data with an UNC job.
