QuickReference: creating images

1. Creating componentsUserClient	Create an PC-Images -> Image Service component. Check-in the component without a base version.
2.Creating jobsAdminClient	Create a job with the following settings:Section Image Service settings:Device: computer name or IP address of the device from which an image is to be create Operating system: Windows workstation or serve What to save: which drives of the device should be backed u Transfer way: path to save the imagSection Storage:Location: path to the directory where you want the created image to be stored Username and Password: login information for the storage location
3. Execute jobUserClient or AdminClient	Execute the job. The created image is stored in the directory<StorageLocation> “.
4.Accessing the imageUserClient	Select the job result. Execute the step Copy backup to directory. The image will then be copied into the selected directory.
