_Universal: configuring component type comparators individually

The comparators for universal component types can be configured individually. To do so, proceed as follows:

1. Start the AdminClient and then open the Component type editor module.
2. In Component type library, click on the directory that you wish to configure.
3. Mark the respective component.
4. Adjust the component type under General, Compare these files, Do not compare these files, Save these files or Ignore these files.
