Setting a new password

If you have forgotten your password, please contact your administrator. The administrator will be able to reset your password in the system. You will receive an email from octoplant hub containing a link. Click on this link in order to set a new password.

1. Click on the link you received from octoplant hub.
2. The Set new password dialog will open.

1. In the New password field, enter your new password. This password needs to adhere to the password policy requirements. !!! note

    If your password does not adhere to these requirements a warning will appear beneath the **New password** field. You will not be able to click on OK until these requirements are met.
   

2. Confirm your new password by entering it once more in the Repeat new password field. !!! note If the passwords you have entered are not identical, a warning will appear beneath the Repeat new password field. You will not be able to click on OK until this is corrected.

3. Once both passwords match and meet the password policy requirements, you will be able to click on the OK button.

4. Click on OK.
5. The dialog will now close. Your password has now been reset.
