Uninstalling agents

Agents cannot be uninstalled using the installation wizard. To uninstall agents, proceed as follows:

1. Stop the vdog CompareAgent and vdog UploadAgent agent services.

2. Delete the vdog CompareAgent service in the command prompt using the SCDelete: sc delete “vdog compareagent” command.

3. Delete the vdog UploadAgent service in the command prompt using the SCDelete: sc delete “vdog uploadagent” command.
4. Delete the directories...vdAgentArchiveandC:Program Files (x86)vdogAgents.
