Upload and Compare

With the Upload and Compare function, you can run a job and compare the working directory with the version on the device.

1. In the Project tree, select a component that is locally available, otherwise the Upload and compare button is inactive.
2. On the tab Extras, click on the ribbon item Upload and compare.
3. The dialog Upload and compare will open. Click on Upload and compare.
4. The selected job is being executed.
5. The Compare dialog will be displayed, listing the differences between the working directory and the version present on the device.
6. When you close the Compare dialog and the upload and comparison has been successful, you will then have the following options available in the dialog Upload and compare successful:
   • Copy backup to directory
   • Finish: The dialog Upload and compare successful will close.
