Sending emails automatically

You can set that emails are sent for each job execution or a daily summary of job executions.

1. Go to the module Jobs.
2. Click on the ribbon item Job settings.
3. In the Upload type specific configuration dialog, specify globally whether you want emails for job execution to be sent and configure the settings for this.
4. Select the job you want and then go to the Job configuration section.

5. Go to the section Notifications. !!! note The Notification section is only displayed if you have selected the email mode Job specific or Daily in the Upload type specific configuration dialog.

6. When you click on the field Who to notify.

7. Select the users and user groups to be notified and check the appropriate checkboxes.
8. Users who are not versiondog users need to be entered in the field Additional email addresses. Enter multiple users separately with commas.
