Locking an existing user

To lock an existing user, proceed as follows:

  1. In the User management module, select the user whose account you wish to lock.
  2. The User information dialog will open.
  3. In the Status section, select the Lock icon.
  4. A security prompt will then open.
  5. Select Lock.
  6. The user’s account has now been locked and their status will appear as locked.
