Locking an existing user
To lock an existing user, proceed as follows:
- In the User management module, select the user whose account you wish to lock.
- The User information dialog will open.
- In the Status section, select the Lock icon.
- A security prompt will then open.
- Select Lock.
- The user’s account has now been locked and their status will appear as locked.
