The filter function
The general filter functions are located at the top of a report page. Additionally, some of the reports have individual filter options.
Filter by servers
In the Select servers to filter your data by dropdown menu, all servers that are configured in the Server management, are listed. You can select one or more servers by checking the corresponding checkboxes. If the checkbox at the top of the dropdown menu is checked, all servers will then be selected.
Depending on your selection, the data of the currently shown report will be updated directly.
Select filter mode

The Components and Users reports cannot be filtered by a time period.
You can choose between 2 filter modes to filter a report by a time period. To do this, click on the arrow on the far right of the filter bar. A dropdown menu will then open.
Last N days
If you select this option, the Last 30 days entry is displayed by default. By selecting the buttons + and –, another time period can be selected.
From … to
If you select this option, a calendar button is displayed. By clicking on it, a calendar will then open and a day or a time range can be selected for when data are displayed in the report.
