Changing a password

To change your password, proceed as follows:

1. Select the icon. This is located at the top right-hand corner of the octoplant pro hub interface.
2. Select My profile.
3. The My profile section will now open. Go to User settings.
4. In User settings, go to Password.
5. Select the Change password button.
6. The page below will now open.

8. Enter your email address.

9. Select Send verification code.
10. The verification code will be sent to the email address that you entered.
11. Copy this code to the Verification code field.

If the code has expired, select Send new code.

1. Select Verify code.
2. Select Continue.
3. In the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, enter your new password and then confirm it.
4. Select Continue.
5. Your password has now been updated. You will be redirected to the Sign in page. Sign in with your new password.
