Forgotten password

In the event that you have forgotten your password, proceed as follows.

1. On the Sign in page, select Forgot your password?.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Select Send verification code.
4. The verification code will then be sent to the email address that you entered.
5. Copy this code to the Verification code field.

If the code has expired, select Send new code.

1. Select Verify code.
2. Select Continue.
3. In the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, enter your new password and confirm it.
4. Select Continue.
5. Your password has now been updated. You will be redirected to the Sign in page. Sign in with your new password.
