Initial sign in

In order to sign in to the octoplant pro hub, your local administrator will first need to create a user account. Once the user account has been created, you will receive an email with a link.

To carry out initial sign in, proceed as follows:

1. Open the link in the email you received.
2. Enter your email address and select Send verification code.
3. Once you receive the verification code, enter it and select Verify code.
4. Select Continue.
5. In the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, enter your new password and then confirm it.
6. Select Continue.
7. Your password has now been created. You will be redirected to the Sign in page. Sign in with your user details.
