Starting the Monitoring Center
To start the Monitoring Center, proceed as follows:
- Select the Startbutton (
). - This begins the “slideshow” (or sequence of snapshots) that is configured.

Each user can implement their own configurations for the Monitoring Center.
When the Monitoring Center is started, it follows a 3-step process:

It will load each report that is configured for the sequence, run it, then take a snapshot of the results of each one to be shown for an interval time.

It will display the snapshots in sequence, repeating the sequence from the beginning after the last snapshot is displayed.
- When a refresh timeout occurs, the sequence will be completed, then the reports will be re-run as in step 1.
This process will be repeated until you interrupt it with one of the control panel buttons.
Control panel
The “slideshow” can be controlled using the control panel in the upper right:
The buttons on the control panel, from left to right, are:

Go to the first report in the sequence. | This button is grayed out while the first report of the sequence is being displayed |

Go to the previous report in the sequence. | If the first report in the sequence is being displayed, the display will move to the last report in the sequence. |

Pause the report sequence. | Selecting it will pause the “slideshow”, and it will change to a run button ( ). This button will restart the “slideshow”. |

Go to the next report in the sequence. | If the last report in the sequence is being displayed, then the display will move to the first report in the sequence. |

Stop the sequence. | This stops the “slideshow” and closes the Monitoring Center. |

Make the Monitoring Center full screen. | Selecting it will change the button to  . This button will restore the display to a normal web browser interface. |
Progress Bar
A progress bar is also located to the left of the control panel:
The progress bar displays:
- The relative amount of time showing the current report
- The order of the report in the sequence
- The number of reports in the sequence
- The next report in the sequence to be displayed
- Optionally, if the Page behavior selection has been set to Show all pages, then the progress bar also shows the progress for each report page indicated by segments divided by a vertical line, as illustrated above.
