Operating system of the device set to be backed up
- Windows PCs: Windows XP SP3, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10
- Windows Server: from server 2003
Necessary user rights:
- Device set to be backed up: the user that performs the remote installation is required to have administrator rights to the device set to be backed up.
- Storage location: read and write rights will be required for the storage location
Ports that need to be enabled in the firewall
- 64007: for remote installation and operation of the Image Service
- 64008: for the web installer
