Finding a user or group using the ID

In some cases, reports, error messages or data bank exports contain the ID but not the name of the user or group. The ID has the following format: 804B00D5C0DD4AF1ABA07CA6B5EFB898

You can find a user or a group based on their ID. To do this, copy the ID and pasted it into the search bar under Groups. Then press the enter key.
