Setting up an upload

The upload cannot work when the MasterService is being executed by the local system user. This service needs to be carried out using the administrator account or an account that has administrator rights.

Check which account the MasterService is running on and, if necessary, change this:

1. Open the Windows Services.
   • Click on the Start button -> Windows Control Panel -> Administration and then open Services OR
   • Click on Windows + R and enter services.msc. Then press Enter.
2. Search for MasterService and check which account is being used to run the MasterService.Image: Service MasterService, account
3. To change the account, right-click on MasterService and select Properties.
4. Open the tab Login. Under log into, select the option This account.

   2. Enter the Name and Password.
5. Click on OK.
6. In Services, click on MasterService and finally click on Restart to execute the service with the new settings.

Restart the backup job.
