Synchronization log and module event log

During synchronization, two important logs are created:

• Events concerning the server synchronization itself, which are processed within the server synchronization module (for example, server synchronization successfully completed), can be found in the server synchronization log. You can open this by selecting the button Show server synchronization log located in the menu bar.

• Events that occur outside the server synchronization with the servers, but can still influence the success of the synchronization (for example, user or password incorrect), can be found in the module Event log.

If the server synchronization failed, you should evaluate both logs to find the error.
