Excluding component types

Component types can be excluded from the display by using a filter dialog. To do this, proceed as follows:

1. In pie chart under Job statistics click on the button exclude component types A digram filter will be displayed.
2. Select the component type that you want to exclude from the report:
   • Individual component types, you select by clicking on the appropriate component type
   • All component types of a directory can be selected by clicking on the appropriate directory
   • All component types of the library can be selected by clicking on the button Select all
3. Click on the OK buttonThe diagram filter will be closed. As to whether filter configurations can be saved, is dependent on the user profile settings. Default can be found under User inputs>Filter inputs

Whether and how many components are to excluded can be recognised by clicking on the button Excluding component types. When you click on the button, the number of excluded component types will be shown in brackets

• You can remove the exclusion of certain component types when you click on them with the mouse.
• You can remove the exclusion of all component types in a directory when you click on the directory in question with the mouse.
• You can remove the exclusion of all component types of a library, when you click on the Uncheck allbutton.

New component types are initially never excluded!
