Fundamental steps
Check from the outset whether:
- The scripting package has been unlocked in the license.
- Scripting has been activated in the AdminClient for the Server/Client.
- In the AdminClient module Script management all data for the script have been transferred to the respective tab. Compare the time stamps.
- The SCRIPT files are encoded in ANSI format.
Note
If the encoding is not correct, the script may not run for no apparent reason.
- The execution of a known example (for example, from this tutorial) works in your system.
