Integrating existing projects

If MOTOMAN-NX100 project data is available, you can integrate it into versiondog using the following steps:

1. In the UserClient, create a new component. Select Motoman NX100 in the Yaskawa directory as the component type.
2. Right-click on the selected component and then choose Open in file manager OR press Ctrl+E.
3. Copy the project files (file endingsPRM, DAT, CND, SYS, JBI) into the working directory.
4. In versiondog, open the file in the editor by pressing F4 or right clicking on Open with editor, or in the tab click on Open with editor.
5. When you make changes, save your data and then close the editor.
6. Click on Create base version and Check-In.

Create and manage new MOTOMAN-NX100 projects in versiondog

If you do not have Motoman NX100 project data, you can copy it using a job and then create a version of it:

1. In the UserClient, create a New component. Select Motoman NX100 in the Yaskawa directory as the component type.
2. In the Extras tab, click on Check-In without base version.
3. Start the AdminClient and go to Jobs.
4. Create a job for your MOTOMAN component.
5. In the menu bar, select Execute selected jobs once.
6. Go to the Jobs tab in theUserClient.
7. Select the job results in the dialog below and click on Copy backup to directory.
8. Select the Working directory.
9. Click on Create a new version.
10. Click on Check-In new version.

You have now integrated the Motoman NX100 project into versiondog.
