Force value warnings
If the use of force values has been activated in RSLogix 5, and your project contains force values, you will receive one or multiple warnings in the job event log every time when the job is running.
To open the job event log, proceed as follows
- Start the AdminClient.
- Go to Jobs.
- Go to the Start tab then to Job results.
- Select Event log.
If you receive too many warnings that force values have been determined, you can disable this functionality in versiondog. To do this, you must change the value of the [RSLogix_PLC5] key in the UploadClasses.ini file.
Note
For individual jobs, you can deactivate this warning by clicking on Warn when forced values are active. This can be
found in the section RSLogix 5 settings.
