Configure the behaviour of the monitor

The monitors displayed in the report Factory Floor Status – Device overviewcan be configured. The following options are available:

• In the report Factory Floor Status – Device overview, a configuration dialog allows to configure if a monitor is enabled/disabled (this configuration is only valid for this server). You can also set a minimal length for a comment to enable/disable a monitor (Default: 8 characters). A monitor will not be enabled/disabled before a long enough comment was entered. If you set the minimal length to 0, then the comment will be optional !!! note The configuration dialog can be opened over the configure monitor behaviour setting in the drop down menu of the additional report functions

• Using checkboxes in the main table of the detailed dialog of the Factory Floor Status – Device overview, you can enable and disable each monitor of the device

The option Configure monitor behaviourused to open the configuration dialog and the checkboxes to enable / disable the monitors is only available under the following conditions:

• The user is an administrator of the server
• The monitor configuration is enabled in the user profile !!! note

   If the monitor configuration is **enabled**, then it is possible for the user to enable or disable monitors If the monitor configuration is **disabled**, then it is not possible for the user to enable or disable monitors
