Copy all versions
The use of tags makes it possible to group versions of different components together. Versions of different components that are assigned the same tag can be copied together into a folder. Proceed as follows:
- Click on Manage…
- The Manage tags dialog will then open.

- If you click on a component/version (to which you have added tags) and then open the dialog Manage tags, the only
tags that will be displayed are the ones that were added to the selected component/version. This filter can be removed by going to the list (left) and clicking on the red cross. 1. In the list on the left side of the dialog, select the tag for which you want to copy the corresponding versions.
The version overview (right), displays the versions and the components to which the selected tag is assigned. In the list context menu, the tag can be moved to another version, assigned to the latest server version of another component or removed from a version.
- By clicking on the button, Copy all versions to directory, a dialog can be opened in which an empty directory can be selected as the target and the copying process can then be started..
Note
In the target directory, the folder structure of the project tree is mapped.

The number of tags is limited by default to 10000, the number of tags per version to 100. Default settings can be changed via the INI file. Please contact support for more information.
