Force value warnings
To find out the force values in RSLogix 500, the following requirements need to be fulfilled.
If the use of force values has been activated in RSLogix 500 and your project contains force values, you will receive every time one or multiple warnings in the job event log
To open the job event log, proceed as follows
- Start the AdminClient.
- Go to Jobs.
- Go to the Home tab then to Job results.
- Click on Event log.
If you receive too many warnings that the force values have been identified, you can switch off this function in versiondog. To do this, you must change the value of the [RSLogix_PLC5] key in the UploadClasses.ini file.
Note
For individual jobs, you can deactivate this warning by clicking on Warn when forced values are active. This can be
found in the section RSLogix 500 settings.
