Integrating projects

Integrating existing projects

  1. Create a new component in the UserClient. Select PC Worx in the Phoenix Contact directory as the component type.
  2. In the Windows explorer, go to your PC WORX project file (MWT).
  3. Copy per drag and drop the PC WORX project from the original folder into the working directory of the component. Place the project file on the PC WORX component in the Project tree.
  4. Select the component in the UserClient and click on Create base version and Check-In.

The new PHOENIX CONTACT PC WORX project has now been integrated into versiondog and can be managed within versiondog.

Creating new projects

  1. Create a new component in the UserClient. Select PC Worx in the Phoenix Contact directory as the component type.
  2. Open your PC WORX editor.
  3. Create a new project and save it in the component you just created.
  4. Return to the WORX component in the UserClient and click on Create base version and Check-In.

The new PHOENIX CONTACT PC WORX project has now been integrated and can be managed within versiondog.

Note

The component type PC Works can be modified to suit your individual needs.
