Basic dashboard functions
Select a server
Under normal circumstances, when analyzing server data using the octoplant hub, you are able to specify which servers should be included, which in turn will impact what data is displayed in the dashboards. The servers that are available to you are those that have been created by an administrator in the octoplant hub, marked as active, and for which you have been given the authorization to view.
In each dashboard, the octoplant server selection dropdown menu is located above all displayed tables, graphs, and diagrams.

In the server selection dropdown menu, you can choose to activate Select all (which will select all servers) or to only activate specific servers.

The information, which is displayed in the tables, graphs, and diagrams below, is restricted to the servers that you have selected.
Export the contents of certain dashboard tables as a CSV file
In the octoplant hub, information, shown in certain dashboard tables, can be exported as a CSV file for further processing. Active filters are taken into account.
- In the upper right corner of the respective table click on the button.
- The Export CSV dialog will then open. This will show the progress of the export and indicate when the export is complete.
- The CSV file is stored directly in the
Downloads
directory of your computer.
Note
A maximum of 50,000 entries can be written to a CSV file. If the table contains more than 50,000 entries, only the first 50,000 will be taken into account.
