1. Create a standard library

1. Create a new component in the UserClient. Assign one of the following component types to the component:
   1. Siemens Simatic S7: Simatic S7 Library in the directory Siemens -> SPS.
   2. Siemens TIA Portal: TIA Portal Library in the directory Siemens -> TIA Portal.
   3. RSLogix 5000: RSLogix5000 in the directory Rockwell.
2. In Windows explorer, go to the folder in which the project is saved, whose blocks you want to use in other projects.
3. Move the project data into the working directory of the standard library component.
4. In the UserClient, select the standard library component and click on Create base version and Check-In.
