KB-133366: Executing a job manually

Executing a job manually

In order to execute a job manually, click on Jobs in the menu and then on Start job.

The job will now be executed. If executed successfully, a Backup will be created.

Note

Jobs can be deactivated in the AdminClient. This means a job will no longer be executed automatically.

Deactivated jobs will be displayed in the UserClient under the columns Server version <-> Backup and previous Backup <-> Backup as deactivated. If you move the mouse over a deactivated job, the reason entered will be displayed.

When you select Start job, the deactivated job will start as described. The deactivation does not affect a manual execution of the job, but only a job set up for automatic execution.
