Integrating new projects

Integrating existing projects

  1. Create a new component in the UserClient. Select SoMachine in the Schneider/SPS directory as the component type.
  2. In Windows explorer, go to the folder in which the SoMachine has been saved.
  3. Drag- and -drop the project data onto the component in the Project tree.
  4. In the Project tree of the UserClient, select the component and click on Create base version and Check-In.

The data of your projects are now integrated and can managed.

How to integrate new projects

If you have created a new project with the editor, proceed as follows:

  1. Create a new component in the UserClient. Select SoMachine in the Schneider/SPS directory as the component type.
  2. Start the Schneider SoMachine Editor.
  3. Create a new project and save it in the SoMachine component you just created.
  4. In the Project tree of the UserClient, select the component and click on Create base version and Check-In.

The data of your projects are now integrated and can managed.

Note

You can customize the SoMachine component type in the Component Type Editor module. This is located in the

AdminClient.
