BackupClient interface
The BackupClient consists of these 4 areas:
Menu bar
The buttons in the ribbon can be used to execute the main functions of the BackupClient.
Project tree
The BackupClient project tree displays all components for which jobs have been created in the AdminClient for execution via the BackupClient and their parent directories.
The project tree can be shown and hidden using the Project tree button in the View tab. This is located in the ribbon.
Job table
The job table displays all jobs of your selected component in the project tree. These have been created in the AdminClient for execution using the BackupClient.
When the BackupClient is opened, the top directory level will be selected by default in the project tree and all existing jobs will be displayed.
- Jobs that exist only on the server, and not yet on the BackupClient, are displayed in grey and have the status Does not exist on BackupClient. These jobs cannot be executed.
- Jobs that have already been synchronized once to the BackupClientare displayed in black.
The layout of the job table can be customized using the buttons in the View tab located in the ribbon.
Job results table
If the job selected in the job table has already been executed, the associated job results will be displayed in the job results table.
You can select multiple jobs in the job table by holding down the Ctrl key. In this case, all results of the selected jobs will be displayed in the job results table.
