Problem description
In version 9.8.2 / 101.2.2, the BackupClient occasionally reports an error during initialization, indicating that there was an issue establishing a connection to the Versiondog/Octoplant server. The MasterService’s debug log shows an error while reading the license file, which is causing this behavior.
